The Magical Christmas Party
It is the tradition in Lapland that Mrs Claus invites al her friends and elves to enjoy a pre-Christmas celebration as a thank you for all their hard work. As it is one of Mrs Claus’s surprise parties it is impossible to know the guest list, we now for sure Santa himself will be there, and we have heard it mentioned a special friend of Mrs Claus is making a range of hats for the elves, Santa and of course Mrs Claus herself.
Thus we depart from our local airport with the exciting anticipation of a wonderful day ahead of us. Breakfast is served en route and subject to crew co-operation we will participate in a Christmas sing a long and where aircraft are equipped w:ith entertainment systems enjoy videos commensurate with the occasion.
Soon Lapland beckons on the horizon and after completing customs and immigration formalities this exciting day awaits. As this is one of Mrs Claus's surprise Christmas parties it's simply impossible to know rhe guest list. For sure we know that Santa himself will be around and by tradition he will have individual meetings with all families and presents for all the children. But who else might be there. Elves for sure but other characters are surely possible. We have heard it mentioned that Mrs Claus has a very special friend making a range of hats for the elves, Santa and of course for her. Some are simply outlahdish and chosen by the cheekier elves often to see Santa's own reaction. He is such a traditionalist... but he always is full of merriment and enjoys the elves play and fun participation is these parties naturally as long as all work is completed by the 24th.
Knowing that overseas visitors are coming Mrs Claus being the ultimate host has made arrangements that Santa's reindeers are present together with huskies to ensure that everyone can enjoy a ride on these 2 special forms of arctic transportation. Of course would be complete with the modern snowmobiles and children's snowmobiles. These will be present too to ensure fun for one and all.
Party nibbles will be available throughout and also something more substantial food wise to ensure you may enjoy your outside activities. There's even a small Christmas Disco if you feel the need to bop along. After all this is the Ultimate Christmas party with Mrs Claus's friends. Who knows but we bet you might even get the chance to try Mrs Claus's very own mince pies. Having enjoyed a whole host of ourside activities including other snow based fun such as tobogganing on special Stiga toboggans and using kick sleighs, the ultimate day must eventually come to an end. There's been the meeting with Santa, enjoying a whole host of outside activities, and experiencing the warmth and charming graciousness of Mrs Claus and her friends to provide long and lasting memories of your very special
day. Of course arrangements will be made to permit you to obtain souvenirs of your visit before you are whisked back to the airport for your return flight with dinner to the United Kingdom.

How to price your day trip
Price categories A,B,C,D,E are shown for 2 of our day tours. This pricing is similar to those utilised by airlines. Price A represents an advanced purchase tour which is bought and paid for in full (less a £1 per person balance due 6 weeks prior to departure date to validate our standard booking conditions) at the time of reservation and only remains available whilst space is available in that fare bucket. It offers the least expensive option but involves total loss of monies paid in the event of cancellation (insurance is strongly recommend it). Where category A remains available (the least expensive, but with full prepayment required) and alternative category will always be shown in case you prefer to pay a deposit only on the tour. As a general guideline, the earlier you book, the lower the cost. So if you expect to travel early bookings are strongly recommended. Bookings made a few days prior to travel will likely attract the highest pricing category of all. |
