Rovaniemi’s Elves
The famous Rovi branch of the elf kingdom are recognisable by their big noses and pointy ears, and have been helping Santa Claus for hundreds of years. Come and see the Rovi Elves in action at the Santa Control Centre, before heading off to search for Santa himself!
Adventures Galore!
There is never a dull moment in Rovaniemi, with so many adventures and activities to enjoy. There is husky-sledding, reindeer sleigh-rides, tobogganing and snowmobiling, as well as unique Lapland pursuits such as reindeer-lassoing, kick-sledding and snow-hockey!
Esprit is the only company in the UK to feature the wonderful ‘Joulukka’ Christmas Adventure Wood. This stunning setting in the forest on the lake shore just outside Rovaniemi is also home to the Elf School and Santa’s Control Centre, and the perfect place to enjoy all that Lapland has to offer. Some activities and all Rovaniemi Day-Trips also use the lovely Reindeer Cottage site – another lovely setting on the banks of the river. |
